About Neil Tilow

Thank you for learning more about Parkway 3.0 Consulting. I founded my consulting practice for one reason: to help others succeed. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about investing in leadership and strategy to help bring about transformational change for individuals and organizations.  After starting at Talbert House as an undergraduate student at Xavier, I was fortunate to serve as the CEO from 1982 until this year, when I decided to step down to start my consulting practice.

While I’m proud of many of our accomplishments during my tenure, I was always most excited to nurture and support a culture of relationship-building and innovation that allowed us to best serve our clients and communities. After leaving Talbert House, I dedicated my time to helping others succeed as an independent consultant, providing coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations. My mission is to support your leadership development and strategic decision-making capacity to help you and your organization achieve Success That Matters at the highest levels.

As a native of Cleveland, I’m a proud Ohioan. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Xavier University and remain committed to our thriving region. My wife Sally and I live in Mount Lookout in Cincinnati and have four adult sons.
